Online sample systems
Online sampling systems provide targeted inspection without requiring full in-line inspection of every product. Selected samples are automatically diverted and 100% of those sampled units are fully inspected as part of the production process.
When defects are detected, rejection mechanisms such as robotic arms can be integrated to automatically remove nonconforming parts from the line. This approach supports early defect detection while maintaining throughput and minimizing manual intervention.
Offline sample systems
Offline sample systems inspect products or part samples that have been removed from the production line. This approach allows inspection to take place without impacting line throughput or requiring permanent installation at a single process point.
These systems can be deployed directly on the factory floor to inspect samples collected from multiple production lines and at different points in time. This flexibility supports consistent inspection across products, shifts, and batches while making efficient use of inspection resources.
