Tool TrackAR is built for fast, cost-effective tool tracking in fixed production environments.

Designed for workshops, cells, and warehouse stations, this VR-based system installs quickly and without complex infrastructure. Setup takes approximately four hours. Mount the base stations, define your work envelope, connect through the browser-based interface, and you are ready to begin tracking.

Using active tracker targets with up to 7.5 hours of operating time, Tool TrackAR continuously monitors tool position within the defined space. As tools move throughout the work envelope, the system provides real-time visibility and communicates with your controls through OPC integration. Operators can easily configure and manage the system using the same intuitive web-based interface used across the Tool Tracker family.

The result is immediate clarity and control. You know where your tools are, how they are being used, and whether they are operating within defined zones, without the cost or scalability requirements of a larger tracking system.

Highlights

Tool TrackAR can typically be set up in about four hours and supports fixed work envelopes ranging from 2 m × 1.5 m up to 10 m × 10 m, using up to four VR base stations. The system can track up to 13 active targets, each with approximately 7.5 hours of operating time and a 1.5 hour recharge.

Devices communicate through Bluetooth, with integration to external controls through an OPC interface. Operators manage the system through a browser-based interface for convenient configuration and monitoring.
